About the Tradeshows
AFI is pleased to announce that we’ll be attending two exciting tradeshows this winter — two Design2Part (D2P)
Shows and the AmCon Design & Contract Manufacturing Expo.
America’s longest-running and largest contract manufacturing tradeshow, D2P will feature hundreds of North American job shops and contract manufacturers exhibiting custom parts and showcasing production and design capabilities. D2P allows original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) the chance to meet new suppliers, network with others in the industry, compare manufacturing techniques, and learn about exciting new technologies. Over 300 processes will be featured at this tradeshow, including CNC machining, stamping, sheet metal fabrication, casting, injection molding, CAD/CAM software, and assembly.
Another great resource for exploring new technologies and meeting new suppliers since 1987, the AmCon tradeshow will feature job shops and contract manufacturers that provide custom metal, plastic, rubber, electronic parts, and finishing services for OEMs. 93% of all attendees are top-level purchasing, engineering, and production managers.
How These Shows Can Help Your Business
OEMs can benefit greatly from attending these types of tradeshows; whether you’re searching for a solution to a manufacturing problem, looking for a new supplier, and seeking to update your equipment and technology, the AmCon and D2P shows provide a wealth of information and opportunities. Both tradeshows will have the most up-to-date educational resources available, and the industry’s top manufacturers will be on hand to answer questions and provide comprehensive information on new technologies and services.
These expos allow OEMs to quickly and easily compare suppliers while finding the necessary resources to build higher-quality, more reliable products.
What to Expect at This Year’s Events
This year, Assembly Fasteners (AFI) will be exhibiting in booths #229 and #231 at D2P’s February 22nd – 23rd show in Grapevine, TX, held at the Gaylord Texan Convention Center, as well as D2P’s March 29-30 show in Atlanta, GA, held at the Cobb Galleria Centre. Both events will offer OEMs the opportunity to compare custom and stock parts, components, and services from over 300 manufacturing categories to help improve your product quality, achieve tighter tolerance, reduce costs, or solve other manufacturing concerns you may be facing.
The AmCon show, held in Orlando, FL, March 1st – 2nd at the Orange County Convention Center, will also offer the chance to meet industry-leading job shops and contract manufacturers. AFI will be located in booths #125 – 127.
